For
grade 5 and eight students’ performance among communities, tehsils and schools within districts
exhibited large variances. Thus, there were tehsils within tall doing districts within mark 5
such as D. G. Khan that performed at low grade, and tehsils within low doing communities like
Rahim Yar Khan that performed at a comparatively high level. In grade 8 same was the
situation, D.G. Khan tehsil from tall doing communities served at lower grade whereas
Fateh Jang tehsil of low doing communities served comparatively better. That diversity
was also evident within the distribution of performance grades via schools within tehsils and
districts. In overall, for mark 5 and eight, confidential institutes served at a upper grade than
public schools although that was not the instance within every district. Grade 5 social institutestudents
in D.G. Khan, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Lahore did superior than those within confidential schools,
while for mark 8 alone social institute students within Multan and Sialkot did superior than those in

schools students performed superior than male institutes students except within communities of
Bhakkar, D.G.Khan, Jhang, Khanewal, Lodhran, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib and
Rajanpur for garde 5, and in communities of Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Multan, Muzaffargarh and
Nankana Sahib for garde 8. In most communities mark 5 pupils attending institutes located
in urban fields did superior than those attending institutes in agricultural areas. However, for grade 5
in 16 districts agricultural students served better and for mark eight within communities of Bahawalnagar,
Bhakkar, Multan, Muzaffargarh and Nankana Sahib pupils attending agricultural schools
performed better. For mark 5, and eight overall English Schools served better within Punjab
